Head of the ICT Department at the Directorate of Land Systems of INTA. He holds a PhD in Armament Engineering, degrees in Electronics, Armament and Telecommunications Engineering, a degree in Physics, and a Master's in Communication and Information Systems for Security and Defence. He has been responsible for the implementation of the Galileo System Security Centre (GSMC) at La Marañosa, Head of the CESTIC Cybersecurity Audit Unit, ICT Security Officer and Technical Director of the CIS Programmes of the Military Emergency Unit and the Army Tactical Electronic Warfare Programme (GESTA). He has more than 25 publications in journals with impact factor (JCR) in the field of computer science.
