Directorate of Research, Doctrine, Organisation and Materiel (DIDOM) of the Army Training and Doctrine Command (MADOC) of the Spanish Army. From the Signals branch, his career has been closely linked to ICT, cyber defence and digital transformation, in command, planning and service-provision postings. These include the Chief of Staff's Office, the Joint Cyber Defence Command, the 22nd Signals Regiment, the Army General Staff, and his current role as Director of DIDOM, where he is part of the MADOC–University of Granada AI Reference Centre for the Ministry of Defence. Diploma in General Staff studies and in Advanced Military Telecommunications, in addition to other national and international qualifications related to cybersecurity and ICT. Master's degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College and in Management of Information and Communication Systems and Technologies from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
